About Guided Pathways project
The Guided Pathways project (2019–2024), led by AWES in partnership with SRDC and RAD Science, focused on delivering in-depth professional development to Career Development Practitioners (CDPs) across Canada. The training taught CDPs how to integrate the Skills for Success (SFS) framework into employment counseling through interactive, hands-on learning and a three-month Community of Practice. The impact was strong: over 1,700 registrations, 1,126 completions, and 95% of participants reported improved ability to use SFS tools in their work.
